We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to accelerate our Solutions Architecture and Analytics practice and power the next generation of how we architect our clients' GTM Operating System.
The Salesforce Architect is CS2’s senior Salesforce expert and owns the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across our client base. You’ll bring deep expertise in automation (flows), sharing and security, reports and dashboards, system integrations, and data management, and you’ll use AI tools like Claude, Salesforce CLI, and Agentforce to build faster and help clients create agentic workflows to improve GTM efficiency and intelligence. You’ll work on our Solutions Architecture and Analytics team (SA/As) and partner with client leads on architecture, technical audits, funnel metrics, and other GTM Ops implementations and customizations.
We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for helping our clients solve complex business and technology problems, all while being a steward of their systems and keeping an eye out for technical debt. The people who excel in this role are curious problem-solvers who ask why before deciding how to build. They proactively stay on the cutting edge of Salesforce and AI because they’re genuinely curious and excited to explore what’s possible.
The ideal candidate will have a variety of experience across a B2B tech stack including marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot), sales engagement (Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft, Groove), Lead-to-Account Matching (LeanData), and marketing analytics (Dreamdata, Bizible, Full Circle Insights).
